Rights
On December 13, 2003 Mike Doughty provided his OK for his band's shows (Soul Coughing) to be hosted freely on the LMA, and on Dec. 14 mike provided ok for his solo stuff to be hosted:

Mike replied: "Yeah, of course--please credit them as Mike Doughty, or Mike Doughty, leader of Soul Coughing, or something like that. CD's turn up on eBay titled Soul Coughing Acoustic, and that's just wrong, I think. Thanks for taking the time to write me and ask about this stuff, it's very considerate of you.

Mike Doughty Live Recording Policy:
You may make audio or video recordings of Mike Doughty headline concerts, subject to the restrictions below. When Mike is not the headliner, taping access will be subject to the policy of the headlining act. At all shows, taping access is subject to the approval of the venue, so call ahead to make sure they'll allow your equipment in.
Sound board audio feeds will not be available at any time. Your equipment may not obstruct the view or infringe upon the personal space of fellow concertgoers. Please be courteous when taping a show.
You may not sell recordings in any format for more than the cost of blank media and postage. In other words, you may not profit from the distribution of Mike Doughty live recordings. Sale through auctions and auction websites (such as eBay) is prohibited.
